The content on the Site, including descriptions of conditions, programs, therapy modalities, and psychiatric services, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a clinical assessment, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health care professional. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.

Viewing the Site, submitting the contact form, calling our published number, or exchanging email with our admissions team does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is established only after you complete our admissions process, we determine that our services are clinically appropriate for you, and you sign the applicable consent to treatment documents.

The contact form and our general email address are not secure clinical communication channels. Do not send diagnoses, symptoms, medication details, treatment history, or other sensitive clinical information through them. Information you submit through the Site may not be reviewed immediately. We will provide a secure method of communication once you are in our care.

The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. Saltwood provides in-person treatment at its Dallas, Texas clinic and telehealth services only to individuals physically located in the State of Texas at the time of service, consistent with Texas licensure requirements. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services where we are not licensed to do so.

References to insurance carriers we work with, benefits verification, and estimated costs are for general information. Acceptance of a plan does not guarantee coverage or payment. Coverage depends on your specific plan, medical necessity determinations, prior authorization requirements, deductibles, and other terms set by your health plan. Any benefits information we provide reflects what your plan told us at the time and is not a guarantee of payment. You remain responsible for charges not covered by your plan.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, layout, and the Saltwood Mental Health name and marks, are owned by Saltwood or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account
• Introduce malware, conduct scraping or automated data collection, or interfere with the operation of the Site
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or defame any person
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site

The Site links to and embeds third-party content and services, including mapping providers, directions services, and, where applicable, telehealth, scheduling, and payment tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices. Links do not constitute endorsement.

Any testimonial, review, or description of results reflects the experience of a specific individual and is not a prediction or guarantee of outcome. Mental health treatment outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, diagnosis, engagement, and other factors. Saltwood does not guarantee any particular result.

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error free. Program descriptions, staffing, insurance participation, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saltwood and its owners, officers, employees, clinicians, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Our collection and use of information through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of protected health information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Both documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saltwood regarding the Site.
